Phebe may be there for you during your next dental procedure. She is a dental assistant here at Family First Dental & Implant Center and loves helping our patients have a fantastic experience. Phebe comes to us with an undergraduate degree in fine arts from Temple University and a master’s degree in health administration.

When she is not at the office, Phebe enjoys art, music, history, reading, writing, and traveling. She also enjoys meeting new people and making new friends! She and her Boston terrier live in town and love being part of a close community.

Sady is just one reason our patients love visiting Family First. She is here to assist the doctor during your dental procedure and make sure you are comfortable. Family is very important to Sady. She enjoys her time away from the office when she can attend church with her family, watch movies, or eat together. Sady also likes to go to the gym and watch medical shows with her son.

Sara is one of our talented dental assistants. She comes to us with a graphic design background as well as her education from the university. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, drawing, painting, and walking with her dogs.


Ana has been working in the dental field since 2004. Originally from El Salvador, Ana grew up in Sterling and graduated from Potomac Falls High School. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Together, they enjoy playing outside on the trampoline, riding bikes, and watching movies.

Susan graduated from dental hygiene school in 1990 and received her dental hygiene degree from Miami Dade Community College in Florida. She is committed to working with our patients to improve their dental health and enjoys making them feel welcome in our practice. Susan and her husband have three children. When she has free time, Susan enjoys sailing, yoga, and sewing.


Renee is not only a talented expanded duties dental assistant, but she also works as our operatory supervisor here at Family First Dental & Implant Center. After graduating from Chantilly High School, Renee spent two years at Northern Virginia Community College as well as two years in the Navy. She began working in the dental field over 30 years ago and brings a lot of valuable experience to the office.

When she is away from the office, Renee enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing with her dog, Gibson. She also takes joy in metal detecting for Civil War artifacts and taking care of the farm where she lives in Culpeper.
